- Serve as a SME for Salesforce Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud and Force.com solutions
- Analyze business problems and provide short- and long-term solutions to stakeholders/users
- Provide technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems and procedures that meet user requirements along with performing estimation of solutions
- Understand and triage customer issues, defects, enhancement requests and backlog items conducting any necessary technical research or team collaboration and prioritizing appropriately
- Communicate with multiple stakeholders and synthesize multiple inputs.
- Validate proposed value with stakeholders using research, prototypes, and designs
- Manage multiple iterations of requirements, keep track of the rationale for changes and ensure stakeholder approval
- Coordinate and plan meetings to gather requirements, propose solutions, distribute to development teams and UAT sessions
- 3+ years as a CRM (Salesforce) analyst or administrator
- BA or BS degree or equivalent practical experience (understanding of Salesforce administration required, this is non-Admin/Admin hands-off role)
- Salesforce Experience or Sales Cloud Certification (Preferred)
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud Certification a plus
- Experience with key integrations and vendors, including Ticketmaster Archtics, Zoominfo, Tableau, and KORE Sponsorship
- Strong analytical skills to understand business requirements and decompose into more granular level requirements
- Ability to work independently and balance multiple priorities
- Ability to work in a collaborative team environment to solve business problems
- Effective communication skills; listening, written and verbal; ability to communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills

Overview
Oak View Group (OVG) is seeking a self-driven CRM Analyst to support the organization’s CRM tools and processes. As CRM Analyst, you will be an essential member of an agile team, responsible for the delivery of functionality to support usage by both internal and external customers.
You will be accountable for researching, analyzing, and documenting clear and actionable business requirements in a way that they can be distributed across one or more development teams, to incrementally deliver desired functionality within Salesforce focused on user experience and enhancements.
This position is open to either the Los Angeles, CA or Austin, TX locations.
This role will pay a salary of between $75,000- $80,000 per annum.
