What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Review and analyze UIP and related custom objects within the Salesforce instance for opportunities for modification and code cleanup
- Design and implement modifications to various Salesforce objects and components as directed by the team
- Validate and deploy custom code into the production environment with proper code coverage
- Provide detailed status reports and participate in weekly status meetings as required by the Department
- Attend meetings with project stakeholders and communicate effectively with the Project Manager

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer
- Proficiency in VisualForce, Lightning Web Component (LWC), Aura, and Apex
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Salesforce Developer certification
- Experience working with government or educational institutions
