What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Architect, build, deploy, and optimize Salesforce solutions to address complex challenges
- Manage and maintain Salesforce systems, ensuring they operate efficiently and are up-to-date
- Define and implement processes and workflows to enhance operational effectiveness
- Track and report on service levels for Salesforce support
- Develop and enforce policies and operating procedures to ensure compliance with regulations

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5-10 years of professional experience, with at least 5 years on the Salesforce platform
- Strong communication skills for interacting with both technical and non-technical personnel
- Ability to thrive in a small-team environment with a focus on relationship building
- Experience with integrations and data migrations, especially large data sets
- Proven background in Quality Assurance and Testing, including Unit Testing and Regression Testing

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Multiple Salesforce Certifications, such as Salesforce Certified Administrator or Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II
- Experience with legal technology platforms like Litify, Advologix, or Filevine
- Interest in ongoing professional development towards Engineer or Architect roles
- Familiarity with creating functional and technical documentation
- Experience leading end-user and stakeholder requirements gathering sessions
