What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Deliver various Salesforce.com implementation projects, customizing and maintaining Salesforce solutions
- Develop Triggers, Apex Classes, Test Classes, and Lightning Flows to meet functional needs
- Integrate third-party applications with Salesforce.com using REST API
- Manage the deployment lifecycle using Copado/Change set and utilize Apex Data Loader for data migration activities
- Collaborate effectively within a team environment to meet tight deadlines and project deliverables

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 10+ years of work experience in Salesforce.com projects
- Extensive experience in Salesforce administration and application development
- Proficiency in developing and customizing Salesforce applications, including knowledge of governor limits
- Experience working with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, holding relevant credentials
- Strong communication skills and ability to design solutions and drive project plans

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning Applications using Aura Lightning Components and LWC
- Experience in optimizing existing code to comply with governor limits
- Ability to rapidly learn new technologies and processes for project application
