What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design, develop, and implement robust Salesforce solutions using APEX, Visualforce, and other Salesforce technologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions
- Configure and customize Sales Cloud, CPQ, Revenue Cloud, and billing/invoice processes to optimize efficiency
- Recommend best practices, new tools, and methodologies to enhance Salesforce capabilities
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance within Salesforce systems

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer with expertise in APEX and Visualforce
- In-depth knowledge of Sales Cloud, CPQ, Revenue Cloud, and billing/invoicing in a SaaS environment
- Strong understanding of business metrics and the ability to align Salesforce solutions with business objectives
- Experience working in an Agile environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer or Salesforce Certified Administrator
- Excellent communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
