What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and maintain user-centric custom solutions in Salesforce using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and integrations with external systems
- Collaborate with Product and Business Stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions in an Agile development environment
- Optimize and troubleshoot performance issues and security vulnerabilities in Salesforce applications
- Maintain data integrity and security leveraging role hierarchies, profiles, and sharing rules
- Provide clear technical documentation for users, administrators, and other developers

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5 - 7 years of Salesforce development and administration experience
- Salesforce Platform Developer I, JavaScript Developer I, and Salesforce Administrator certifications
- Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, SOSL, and JavaScript
- Strong knowledge of the Salesforce security model, sharing rules, roles, and permission sets

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Salesforce Platform Developer II and Salesforce Platform App Builder certifications
- Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or other Salesforce products
- Familiarity with CI/CD processes, version control (Git), and DevOps tools for Salesforce
- Experience working closely with Product and Business teams in Agile environments
