What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Build and implement custom applications using Salesforce's declarative customization and coding capabilities
- Design and develop CRM components within a Salesforce environment
- Collaborate with various teams to define and refine technical requirements and participate in application design and testing
- Produce technical documentation, including solution definitions and test scripts
- Follow Agile methodologies and participate in design and code reviews throughout the project lifecycle

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Enrolled in a Bachelor's Degree program in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, or Technical Science; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of one (1) year of Salesforce development experience
- Ability to produce quality technical documentation and analysis
- Must be able to read, write, and speak fluent English
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- CompTIA Security+ certification is a plus
- Experience with programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, Angular, and Bootstrap
- Knowledge of VisualForce, Apex, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs
- Familiarity with automated testing frameworks like Eggplant or Selenium
- Self-starter attitude with strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
