What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Build and implement custom applications using Salesforce declarative and coding capabilities
- Design and develop enterprise CRM components within a Salesforce environment
- Collaborate with teams to define and refine business, functional, and technical requirements
- Produce technical documentation and participate in testing and deployment phases
- Work closely with UX and back-end engineers to ensure holistic feature development

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Technical Science
- Minimum of four (4) years of experience in software development, with at least two (2) years in Salesforce development
- Proven background in developing, debugging, and testing software applications
- Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance
- Proficiency in creating quality technical documentation and analysis

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Salesforce Certification
- Experience with programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular and Bootstrap
- Familiarity with Agile software development and DevSecOps practices
- Knowledge of VisualForce, Apex, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs
- Experience with automated testing frameworks such as Eggplant or Selenium
