What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Build and implement custom applications on the Salesforce platform using Apex and Lightning Web Components
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and refine technical requirements and deliver solutions
- Develop and maintain technical documentation including design specifications and test scripts
- Conduct unit and integration testing, troubleshooting and debugging software applications
- Ensure adherence to Agile methodology and application security standards throughout the development lifecycle

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field
- Minimum of four (4) years of relevant experience, including at least two (2) years of Salesforce development experience
- Proficiency in creating and deploying VisualForce, Apex, and Lightning Components
- Ability to produce quality technical documentation and analysis
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, or Angular
- Familiarity with Agile software development and DevSecOps practices
- Knowledge of Salesforce APIs and automated testing frameworks
- Strong understanding of computer science concepts, including data structures and algorithms
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and troubleshooting skills
