What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage and customize Salesforce orgs from a technical perspective
- Design, build, and implement custom applications on the Salesforce platform
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and refine technical requirements
- Develop and execute test scripts for user stories, ensuring software quality
- Produce technical documentation and participate in code reviews

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Technical Science
- Minimum of six (6) years of relevant experience, with at least four (4) years in Salesforce development
- Active IAT Level II certification (e.g., CompTIA Security+)
- Salesforce Certification or completion of Salesforce Platform Developer I and App Builder training
- Ability to produce quality technical documentation and analysis

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, Angular, and Bootstrap
- Knowledge of Agile software development and DevSecOps practices
- Familiarity with automated testing frameworks (e.g., Playwright, Cucumber)
- Experience with Salesforce DevOps tools and technologies
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
