What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop custom features and widgets using Salesforce technologies such as Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce APIs
- Integrate Salesforce with other systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware solutions
- Configure Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, record types, and validation rules
- Manage data within Salesforce, including data modeling, import/export, and quality management
- Collaborate with functional teams to translate business and functional requirements into technical specifications

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must possess an active security clearance through the Department of Homeland Security
- Proficient in Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components
- Knowledge of integrating Salesforce with other systems using REST/SOAP APIs
- Experience with Salesforce configuration and managing security settings
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with functional teams and explain technical concepts

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Salesforce declarative tools like Process Builder and Flow Builder
- Knowledge of UX principles for designing user-friendly Salesforce interfaces
- Familiarity with data migration tools such as Data Loader and third-party ETL tools
- Experience in agile methodologies and iterative development processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
