What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the technical design and architecture of complex Salesforce solutions aligned with business requirements
- Develop custom solutions using Apex, Visualforce/Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs
- Maintain integrations between Salesforce and other systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms
- Implement and manage Salesforce DX and source control for version control and CI/CD
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver projects on time and within budget

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer
- 2+ years of experience in a lead or senior developer role
- Proven experience developing complex solutions using Apex and Lightning components
- Strong experience with Salesforce APIs and Salesforce DX
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I certification is required

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Salesforce Industries such as Health Cloud or Financial Services Cloud
- Familiarity with Salesforce CPQ and Experience Cloud
- Knowledge of Agile development methodologies
