What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the technical design and architecture of complex Salesforce solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements
- Develop custom solutions using Apex, Visualforce/Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs
- Manage integrations between Salesforce and other systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms
- Champion Salesforce best practices for development, configuration, and security
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver projects on time

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer
- At least 2+ years in a lead or senior developer role, showcasing technical leadership and mentorship
- Proven experience with Apex, Visualforce/Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I is required
- Strong communication, collaboration, and analytical skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Salesforce Industries such as Health Cloud or Financial Services Cloud
- Familiarity with Salesforce CPQ and Salesforce Experience Cloud
- Knowledge of Agile development methodologies
- Experience with Javascript frameworks like React or Angular
- Experience with Salesforce CRM Analytics (CRMA) / Tableau CRM
