What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with Technical/Solutions Architects and Business Analysts to translate business requirements into Salesforce solutions
- Develop, test, document, and maintain Salesforce solutions, integrations, and data migration elements
- Execute test plans to ensure quality delivery and adherence to coding standards
- Participate in code reviews to ensure appropriate design patterns are followed
- Support Salesforce development and implementation through the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) using Agile methodologies

What is Required (Qualifications):
- U.S. Citizenship is required
- Eligible to obtain and maintain a Government Security Clearance
- Salesforce Platform Developer 1 certification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent training with relevant experience
- Minimum of 3 years of Salesforce development experience, including proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, REST, APIs, SOQL, XML, JavaScript, CSS, and HTML

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Salesforce Communities
- Additional Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer 2 or Salesforce Administrator
- Experience in a team-based delivery environment, preferably in agile scrum teams
- Strong expertise in various Salesforce.com APIs like SOAP, REST, BULK, and Streaming APIs
- Familiarity with Object Oriented Programming languages such as C++ or Java
