What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Act as a liaison between business analysts, internal systems teams, and external vendors to develop solutions meeting business requirements
- Conduct programming tasks including design, development, testing, and documentation for complex Salesforce projects
- Maintain technical documentation related to developed solutions and keep up with Salesforce initiatives and technology trends
- Provide daily support to end users, managing issue resolution and performing root cause analysis
- Facilitate system testing and assist in coordinating production releases within an Agile delivery methodology

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 8 years of proven experience in designing and developing custom solutions using Apex, Lightning, and Salesforce API
- Advanced knowledge of Salesforce CRM platforms and experience integrating Salesforce with AWS and other external applications
- Strong written and oral communication skills, with demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with agile development methodologies and Test-Driven Development (TDD)

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with batch apex, Lightning Component frameworks, and various integration services (REST, JSON, Event Streaming, Core Java, Spring Boot)
- Proven problem-solving abilities for high-level software and application issues
- Knowledge of Salesforce development best practices
