What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support all phases of the system development and implementation process, including analysis, design, development, testing, and ongoing maintenance
- Develop and maintain the core Salesforce application: ClientLink
- Analyze complex projects and provide solutions with minimal guidance
- Communicate effectively, fostering strong relationships and collaboration within the team
- Utilize strong programming and technical writing skills to document processes and solutions

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Experience with force.com, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning UI, and Salesforce mobile application
- Knowledge of Test-Driven Development (TDD) and DevOps concepts
- Proficiency in Lightning Web Components, Data Loader, and App Exchange
- General knowledge of cloud computing concepts and technologies

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Salesforce certification in Salesforce administration or Salesforce developer
- Exposure to Experience Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Marketing Cloud
- Familiarity with web development technologies such as JavaScript and Tableau CRM
- Knowledge of DevOps tools like Jenkins, Selenium, Bitbucket, and Docker
- Experience in Microservices Architecture with Spring Boot (Java), REST, and ORM Frameworks (Hibernate/JPA)
