What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design, build, and implement custom applications using the Salesforce platform
- Integrate Salesforce solutions with external systems for enhanced functionality
- Participate in sprint planning and Agile ceremonies, contributing to project delivery
- Engage with stakeholders to provide product demonstrations and gather requirements
- Develop and document technical solutions, including test scripts and user stories

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of professional experience in Salesforce development
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Ability to obtain up to a Secret security clearance
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce APIs, Lightning, Apex, and Visualforce
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Salesforce DevOps tools such as Flosum and/or Copado
- Knowledge of Cloud environments (Service, Sales, Experience)
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, and Angular
- Salesforce Platform Certified Developer certification
- Experience with Agile software development methodologies
