As an Analyst, you will specialize in requirement gathering and to analyse the same in respective areas. Your role is of key importance, as it lays down the foundation for the entire project.

What we are looking for

• Minimum 6 years of Salesforce hands-on experience in different salesforce cloud platforms
• Minimum 5 years of experience in technology implementation for full lifecycle enterprise software projects
• Strong background in Cloud Computing solutions – cloud computing strategy, system design, implementation, and management
• Must have knowledge in Salesforce configurations but not limited to Workflows, Validations, Approval Process, Flows, Permission Set, Profile, SSO etc.
• Sound knowledge in Salesforce Security Model and Data Model
• Must have sound implementation knowledge of Service Console, Live Agent/Omni Channel, Knowledge Management
• Must have knowledge of REST and SOAP integrations in Salesforce.
• Must have knowledge in Lightening, Aura components & Apex Programming
• Hands-on experience working in Salesforce API (Tooling API, Metadata API, Bulk API etc.)

Nice to have skills:

Salesforce Certifications if any.

• Should have handled teams and should be able to mentor the team.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Experience Cloud (Preferred)
Service Cloud (Preferred)
• Sales Cloud(Preferred)
