Salesforce Developer (Remote)

Job Requirements-

• Key Skills:
  • Apex programming
  • CI/CD experience
  • Custom development (not configuration-heavy)
  • Experience with Visualforce or Lightning (preference for Visualforce)
• Nice-to-Have: AWS experience (for integrations)
• Middleware: Uses AWS for integrations

Team & Work Structure

• Team size: 18-22 members with CPQ experience
• Implementers are phasing out, but existing team members can provide guidance
• Agile/Sprint-based development
• No strict time zone requirement, but team members must be available between 8 AM - 11 AM PST for status calls and collaboration

Interview Process

1. Technical Discussion (No live coding, just talking through concepts)
2. Hiring Manager Discussion (Assessing cultural fit and soft skills)

Additional Information

• No preference for specific industry background (SaaS, B2B, etc.)
• No preference for certifications, experience matters more
• Possibility for extension or conversion to FTE after a year, depending on workload
• Candidates can have a bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience, but no strict requirement
• Resume Screening Focus: Hiring manager looks for relevant experience over other details
• Deployment Responsibility: Managed internally, not by a separate DevOps team

Pay Rate: $88/hr (Depending on the skills and experience) under a W2 contract.
