What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design, develop, test, document, and deploy high-quality business solutions on the Salesforce platform
- Mentor junior developers through knowledge transfer, peer review, and collaboration
- Communicate and collaborate with technical resources and stakeholders regarding project status and solutions
- Perform ongoing Salesforce administration and support for hosted applications
- Facilitate continuous improvement within the Salesforce environment and document best practices
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must reside in the United States and be a US Citizen
- Currently possess or have the ability to obtain a DoD Secret Clearance
- Minimum of 5 years of software development and implementation experience using Salesforce
- At least 3 years of experience leading development teams as a technical lead
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification
- Experience with tools and technologies such as ELK Stack, Codescan, and Splunk
- Previous experience working with federal clients
- Excellent communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Salesforce Advanced Developer certification
