What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce applications
- Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems and external data sources
- Design and implement automation processes using Salesforce tools
- Stay current on Salesforce best practices and industry trends

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be a resident of the United States
- Bachelor's Degree
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I certification (mandatory)
- Knowledge of Salesforce architecture, design, and deployment best practices
- Experience with Salesforce Lightning components, Apex, and Visualforce

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Salesforce Admin and Advanced Admin certifications
- Experience as a customer-facing consultant
- Familiarity with CRM, data management, and/or Certinia's PSA tool
- PMI / PMP certification
- Experience with Agile development methodologies
