**What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):**
- Maintain high-quality standards for projects delivered to customers
- Collaborate with project teams to estimate, plan, and manage new feature development and testing
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into customized solutions using the Force.com platform
- Implement Force.com solutions while adhering to platform best practices and conducting peer code reviews
- Participate in development work streams from design through testing and deployment
**What is Required (Qualifications):**
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and with Salesforce development
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or business administration
- Excellent communication skills for internal and external interactions, as well as documentation
- Proven ability to self-manage and complete project deliverables
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
**How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):**
- Functional and/or Technical Certifications relevant to specialization
- Experience with custom platform development (Apex, Visualforce), integrations, and complex data migrations
