What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and enhance the Salesforce.com platform, including Sales Cloud and Salesforce Mobile App
- Collaborate with teams to design data models, user interfaces, and security for custom applications
- Manage system changes and ensure uninterrupted user experience
- Provide user training and support, promoting adoption and satisfaction with the Salesforce system
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards for senior management

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent additional work experience
- Minimum of 3 years of Salesforce administration/development experience
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce capabilities and experience with custom code and integrations
- Experience with Salesforce Lightning, Visualforce development, and third-party integrations
- Strong reporting background using Salesforce reporting tools

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Salesforce Certifications—Administrator, Platform Developer (1 or 2), or CPQ Specialist preferred
- Experience with Salesforce CPQ
