What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Build and implement custom applications using the declarative customization capabilities of the Salesforce platform
- Utilize custom coding capabilities (Apex, Lightning Web Components) to implement technical solutions
- Integrate Salesforce-based solutions with external systems for enhanced functionality
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning and reviews
- Create custom workflows and test/debug complex software components

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of professional experience
- Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance
- Salesforce development experience is essential
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce APIs, Lightning, Apex, Visualforce, and related functionalities

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Salesforce DevOps tools such as Flosum and/or Copado
- Knowledge of Cloud environments (Service, Sales, Experience)
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, Angular, and Bootstrap
- Experience with Agile software development methodologies
- Salesforce Platform Certified Developer certification
