What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Component Framework
- Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business needs and translate them into technical specifications
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs to ensure seamless data flow
- Conduct testing, debugging, and performance tuning for high-quality applications
- Provide technical guidance and support for Salesforce-related projects while adhering to Agile methodologies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with Apex programming, Visualforce, and the Lightning Component Framework
- Strong experience with Salesforce integration using REST and SOAP APIs, as well as SOQL and SOSL
- Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for enhancing user interfaces
- Familiarity with Agile development practices and version control tools (e.g., Git)
- Excellent analytical and communication skills to collaborate effectively with teams
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience designing and implementing data models to support complex business processes within Salesforce
- Knowledge of Salesforce security features, including user roles, profiles, and sharing rules
- Familiarity with writing test classes and implementing debugging strategies for high-quality code
