What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Quickly convert business requirements into functional Salesforce solutions
- Build customer-facing demos using Salesforce-native capabilities and tools
- Architect and implement scalable, high-performance Salesforce solutions
- Collaborate with pre-sales teams to create rapid proofs of concept and demonstrations
- Drive process automation and implement CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce deployments
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Engineer with a strong hands-on approach
- Proficiency in Salesforce configurations, coding (LWC & Apex), and automation tools
- Familiarity with multi-cloud Salesforce solutions, including Sales, Service, and Marketing Cloud
- Experience with API integrations and middleware solutions
- Strong problem-solving abilities and skills in stakeholder engagement
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with automation tools such as Flows, Workflows, and Omnistudio
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Copado, Git, and Jenkins
- Knowledge of compliance standards like GDPR and HIPAA
