What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the Salesforce practice, guiding strategy, architecture, and implementation
- Mentor and develop a team of Salesforce developers
- Balance hands-on development with leadership and mentorship responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Salesforce clients, translating business needs into scalable solutions
- Contribute to technical planning, estimates, code reviews, and internal process improvements

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of Salesforce development experience
- Proficiency in Apex, VisualForce, and Lightning (Aura and LWC)
- Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Salesforce Experience Cloud
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate closely with clients
- Experience leading or mentoring technical teams

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with JavaScript and JavaScript libraries such as React
