      The Salesforce Functional Analyst is responsible for understanding business requirements, configuring and customizing the Salesforce platform, and ensuring that it meets the needs of the organization. They work closely with business stakeholders, project managers, and developers to design, implement, and maintain Salesforce solutions that enhance business processes and drive efficiency.

      A Salesforce Functional Analyst plays a pivotal role in aligning Salesforce solutions with an organization's business objectives and should have a deep understanding of both the Salesforce platform and the specific needs of the business they are supporting. They act as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure Salesforce is effectively leveraged to drive business success.

      YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

      • Requirements gathering: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize business requirements related to Salesforce functionality.
      • Solution design: Analyze and translate business requirements into Salesforce solutions, including configuration, customization, and integration with other systems.
      • Configuration and customization: Configure Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, process builder, validation rules, and custom development as needed to meet business requirements.
      • Data management: Ensure data quality and integrity within Salesforce by defining data models, validation rules, and data import/export processes.
      • User training: Provide training and support to end-users to ensure they can effectively use Salesforce features and functionalities.
      • Testing and quality assurance: Develop and execute test plans, including user acceptance testing, to ensure that Salesforce solutions are error-free and meet business requirements.
      • Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of configurations, customizations, and processes within Salesforce.
      • Change management: Manage and coordinate the rollout of new features and functionalities, including user adoption strategies.
      • Reporting and analytics: Create reports and dashboards to provide insights into key performance indicators and assist in data-driven decision-making.
      • Support and troubleshooting: Assist end-users with issues, identify and resolve problems, and work with Salesforce support as needed.
      • Continuous improvement: Stay up-to-date with Salesforce updates and best practices, and proactively identify opportunities for system optimization.

      YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:

      • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (business, information technology, etc.).
      • Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Certified Administrator or Salesforce Certified App Builder, are a plus.
      • 10+ years of proven experience in Salesforce configuration, customization, and administration in a similarly-sized company.
      • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
      • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
      • Knowledge of CRM best practices and business processes.
      • Understanding of data management and data modelling concepts.
      • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
      • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
      • Ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders outside of Quebec or unilingual English-speaking on a daily basis.
      • Experience with Salesforce Lightning and Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or other Salesforce products.
      • Familiarity with Salesforce development languages (Apex, Visualforce).
      • Knowledge of integration tools and methods for connecting Salesforce with other systems.
      • Project management skills and experience.
