What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design, code, debug, test, document, and implement Salesforce Health Cloud including application customizations and integration of other 3rd party vendor-supplied software
- Provide functional and technical support in collaboration with the Salesforce Health Cloud Administrator
- Support multiple system interfaces and data integration
- Monitor, define, and report on critical path workflows
- Resolve issues or escalate issues as required

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field with courses in programming and database systems or equivalent experience
- U.S. Citizenship required
- Must be able to receive a favorable Interim and adjudicated final Department of Defense (DoD) background investigation
- 3+ years of general application development and support experience
- 1 year hands-on experience in Salesforce Health Cloud

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 4 or more years of general application development and support experience
- 2 years' experience in Salesforce Health Cloud
- 2 years' experience with a Salesforce DevOps toolset and CI/CD practices
- Salesforce Platform Developer II Certification
- Technical experience working with healthcare systems or in a government contract systems environment
