What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Architect scalable solutions using Salesforce and HubSpot aligned with business objectives
- Collaborate with stakeholders to tailor platforms and enhance revenue and operational efficiency
- Administer core technology stack beyond CRM, including HVS, PactSafe, and conversation intelligence tools
- Partner with various teams to gather requirements, configure Salesforce, conduct testing, and implement projects
- Manage Salesforce and HubSpot administration, user management, integrations, and system optimization

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Salesforce and HubSpot Administrator
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or related field; MBA preferred
- 2 years of sales/revenue operations experience in SaaS/Software Enterprise domain
- Proficiency in Flow Builder, custom objects, SOQL, validation rules, and layouts
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
