What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform

- Proven experience with Apex, Visualforce/Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I certification
- Strong communication, collaboration, and analytical skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II certification
- Experience with Salesforce Industries (e.g., Health Cloud, Financial Services Cloud)
- Familiarity with Salesforce CPQ and Experience Cloud
- Knowledge of Agile development methodologies and JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, Vue)
- Experience with Salesforce CRM Analytics (CRMA) / Tableau CRM
