      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Design, develop, and implement marketing automation solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud
      - Collaborate with marketing teams to translate campaign requirements into technical solutions
      - Develop and configure journeys, automation workflows, and email campaigns
      - Implement data integrations to synchronize customer data between systems
      - Lead reporting efforts utilizing Marketing Cloud platform and Tableau Reporting

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
      - 3-5 years of experience as a Developer with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
      - Experience with scripting languages such as AMPscript and JavaScript
      - Strong understanding of marketing automation concepts and best practices
      - Excellent communication and collaboration skills

      - Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer Certification Preferred
