What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with the Lifecycle Marketing technical lead to migrate, test, and ensure quality assurance of assets in the Salesforce Marketing Cloud 2.0 business units
- Partner with team members to standardize email marketing practices and build new emails and marketing journeys
- Identify and explore creative opportunities to test and optimize marketing performance
- Review, test, and troubleshoot email code across various browsers and email clients using tools like Litmus
- Create complex automations and implement personalizations for email campaigns

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and AMPscript
- Deep understanding of integrating Salesforce Marketing Cloud with other systems for personalized email content
- Knowledge of responsive and mobile-first design concepts
- Self-starter with a positive attitude and passion for email development and marketing

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience using Sourcetree for managing GitLab code repositories
