As a Product Owner, your role will be to deliver on key Salesforces initiatives, create the product roadmap and define the longer-term strategic vision.

      • Complete the CSC migration to Salesforce (key objective for 2024).
      • Manage the implementation process, tracking progress, mitigating risks, and resolving dependencies to keep projects on schedule.
      • Facilitate release planning and demos with stakeholders to obtain feedback and showcase progress.
      • Be accountable for product-specific OKRs and communicate progress to stakeholders.

What do you need to succeed?

      • Experienced in facilitating Agile ceremonies and managing a backlog / release plan.
      • Leadership abilities to guide a team toward delivering end solutions.
      • Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams from technology and business.
      • Strong communication skills to gather requirements with business stakeholders.
      • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to evaluate options and choose the best solutions.
      • Ability to influence others to make the right decisions.
      • As this position is posted in several locations, we specify that bilingualism (French, English, both oral and written) is required for Quebec only for the frequent interactions with English and French-speaking colleagues or internal partners across Canada or worldwide.

What will be nice to have?

      • Proven knowledge of CRM (ideally Salesforce).
      • University degree in Technology or Business.
      • Sound understanding of financial industry.
      • Good knowledge of the Group Retirement Services (GRS) business, more specifically the business development and Client Solutions Center (CSC) area

      • Skilled in handling change management.
      • Passion to challenge the status quo, find new solutions and drive out-of-the-box ideas.

      What's in it for you?
