What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop strategic planning and roadmaps to optimize the Salesforce portfolio of products and services
- Design, implement, and deploy Salesforce solutions to address complex business challenges
- Manage and maintain systems, technologies, and services within the Salesforce portfolio
- Optimize processes and workflows to enhance operational efficiency and productivity
- Define and enforce policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and standards

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in computer science or a closely related field from an accredited university
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working with Salesforce in an IT developer role
- Proven experience in configuring objects/fields and building automations
- Strong ability to work directly with stakeholders to understand and translate business needs into technical designs
- Significant experience with formula fields, flows, and other automation types

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Apex or custom scripting
- Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Experience in large Salesforce environments and with large data sets
- Background in Salesforce Administration
- Prior experience leading Salesforce projects
