What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop detailed plans to monitor and track project progress
- Manage scheduling and resource allocation between internal and external teams
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Measure project performance using project management tools and assess risks and opportunities
- Generate and distribute timely status reports on project progress

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of experience managing complex Salesforce projects and software implementations
- Proficiency in Agile Software Development methodology with experience in MS Project or Jira
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly in MS Excel and project management software

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
- High exposure and intermediate understanding of Salesforce technology
- Ability to work independently and as a self-directed learner
