What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with QA Analysts and Developers to ensure comprehensive testing coverage and system reliability
- Participate in scope assessment, risk, and cost analysis in alignment with SDLC and PMLC
- Provide testing management for ongoing projects and future initiatives
- Analyze testing needs and develop effective testing strategies and plans
- Review software documentation for technical accuracy and compliance while ensuring timely updates
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of Salesforce experience
- At least 5 years of QA experience
- Salesforce Admin Certification
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with CPQ
- QA lead experience
- Coordination experience with onshore and offshore teams
- Knowledge of automation tools (Java, Selenium, etc.)
- Familiarity with cross-functional agile teams
