Salesforce Sales and Renewals Admin Department: Operations

Business Transformation This is a key growth position and opportunity for a self-motivated and commercially oriented professional with a strong understanding of Salesforce and high-degree of sales / customer acumen.
Responsibilities & Duties - CRM Management: Maintain and update the CRM system to ensure accurate tracking of customer information, contract statuses, and renewal dates. Provide timely follow-up and data integrity to support the sales team effectively.
- Sales Support: Assist sales representatives by following up on administrative tasks, ensuring that all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and efficiently for both new business and renewals. Act as a liaison between the sales and operations teams to streamline processes. Assist with lead management and assignment of new leads and inquiries.
- Contract Administration: Facilitate the contracting process, including preparation, review, and processing of documentation (i.e. Statements of Work) for new business and renewal agreements. Ensure compliance with company policies and coordinate with Operations, Legal and Finance departments, as needed.
- Renewal Management: Work with the sales team and directly with customers to facilitate renewal processes, supporting customer retention efforts and meeting targeted attrition goals.
- Event and Trade Show Support: Attend trade shows and events to assist the sales team with customer engagement and CRM updates, as well as occasional face-to-face customer meetings to reinforce renewals and customer satisfaction.
Reporting and Analysis: Evaluate sales metrics and trends, tracking performance indicators and analyzing data to identify opportunities for improving sales efficacy and enhancing customer success. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to the sales and management teams based on observed trends.
Qualifications & Skills - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience in CRM management (Salesforce preferred) and contract administration.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to support both internal teams and external customer interactions.
- Ability to work independently with a proactive approach to supporting sales and renewal activities.
- Familiarity with CRM, lead management, and document management systems.
Requirements - Travel to support trade shows, customer meetings, and renewals on occasion, up to 25% of the time, with flexibility for increased travel when needed for critical renewals or event support.
