      Senior Salesforce Administrator

      We are looking for a highly motivated Salesforce administrator to ensure that our corporation capitalizes on the benefits offered by the Salesforce CRM system, specifically the Field Service. The candidate must be passionate about technology and is always looking to further their personal knowledge and expertise. In this role, your duties will include creating user accounts, maintaining our sales databases, and training staff on the effective use of Salesforce products. The candidate should enjoy working in a team of high performers, who hold each other accountable to perform to their very best and does not shy away from opportunities to provide and take feedback with team members.

      To ensure success as a Salesforce administrator, you should possess extensive knowledge of Salesforce system administration and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Salesforce administrators ensure that their Salesforce expertise translates into optimized patient outreach by the business operations department. The candidate is expected to actively participate in all ceremonies like Daily Stand-ups, Grooming, review user stories & Team retrospectives.

      Responsibilities:

      • Ensuring optimal performance of Salesforce systems and products.
      • Upgrading and configuring Salesforce systems for optimized integration.
      • Create, configure, upgrade, and maintain Copado Pipeline for code promotion.
      • Managing Salesforce roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows, and groups.
      • Importing sales department leads, contacts, and other data.
      • Maintaining the sales cloud, as well as building custom reports and dashboards.
      • Performing all salesforce maintenance tasks.
      • Evaluating and installing new Salesforce releases, as well as providing training and support.
      • Documenting processes, including error reports and changes to field history tables.
      • Preparing reports for sales and other departments.
      • Understand agile principles and methodologies and the pressures of a regular, short release cycle.
      • Participate in (or supports) agile ceremonies.
      • Work with PO and the team to understand the business.
      • Have industry-leading technical abilities that enable you to improve product quality.
      • Communicate clearly, concisely, and effective for your audience.
      • Collaborate across teams and departments to lead in best practices.

      Requirements:

      • Excellent Communication and presentation skills
      • Salesforce certified administrator or Salesforce advanced administrator certification.
      • A bachelor's degree in computer science would be advantageous.
      • At least 5 years of experience as a Salesforce administrator in a similar environment.
      • Extensive experience in the administration and maintenance of Salesforce systems.
      • Experience in performing Salesforce upgrades and ensuring successful integration.
      • Exceptional ability to create and maintain Salesforce databases.
      • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce products and their functionalities.
      • Proficiency in creating Salesforce profiles, allocating roles, and managing access.
      • Knowledge of importing sales data and generating Salesforce reports.
      • Ability to provide Salesforce training and end-user support.
      • Experience with build and deployment tools, e.g., GitHub, Jenkins, etc.
      • Knowledge of EMR platforms such as EPIC, NextGen is plus.


      If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
