What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead discovery sessions with prospective clients to understand their digital transformation goals
- Architect technical and business solutions tailored to client needs using Salesforce products
- Serve as the Scope Owner from lead to close, managing resource plans and project timelines
- Develop and deliver high-impact demonstrations to showcase solution feasibility
- Provide technical coaching and development to team members and manage initiatives to improve processes

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- 6+ years of experience with cloud implementations in a consulting role
- 2+ years of experience as a functional lead or technical specialist with Nonprofit industry experience
- Strong business acumen with an understanding of infrastructure and SaaS technologies
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working within a Salesforce Partner or consulting environment
- Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies
- Salesforce Admin Certification and additional Salesforce certifications
- Nonprofit Cloud Accredited Professional certification
- Hands-on experience with declarative configuration and Apex/LWC development
