What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead discovery sessions with clients to understand their organizational goals regarding digital transformation
- Identify technical requirements during the sales process and scope potential engagements
- Architect solutions and create implementation strategies for complex Salesforce products
- Serve as the Scope Owner, managing resource plans, timelines, and RFP responses
- Provide technical coaching and development to Solution Engineers and other team members

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- 6+ years of experience with cloud implementations in a consulting role
- 2+ years of experience as a functional lead or technical specialist with nonprofit industry experience
- Strong understanding of infrastructure technologies and SaaS solutions
- Excellent communication skills and ability to establish collaborative relationships

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working within a Salesforce Partner or consulting environment
- Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies
- Salesforce Admin Certification and multiple Salesforce certifications
- Nonprofit Cloud Accredited Professional certification, to be obtained within 6 weeks of start date
- Hands-on experience with declarative configuration and Apex/LWC development
