What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop strategic planning and roadmap for optimizing the assigned Salesforce portfolio
- Design, implement, and deploy Salesforce solutions to address complex business challenges
- Manage, maintain, and upgrade systems and services within the Salesforce portfolio
- Define and optimize processes and workflows to enhance operational efficiency
- Track and report on Service Levels for Salesforce support

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or a closely related field from an accredited university
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an IT developer role working with Salesforce
- Proven experience in configuring objects/fields and building automations
- Ability to collaborate directly with stakeholders to gather business requirements
- Significant experience with formula fields, flows, and other automation types

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Apex or custom scripting
- Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Background in managing large data sets
- Experience building in Sandbox environments and publishing changes to production
- Leadership experience in project management
