What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Strategically plan and optimize the assigned Salesforce portfolio of products and services
- Design, implement, and deploy Salesforce solutions to address complex business challenges
- Manage and maintain systems, technologies, and services within the Salesforce portfolio
- Define and enforce policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and organizational standards
- Lead projects by collaborating with stakeholders to determine requirements and map out solutions

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a closely related field from an accredited university
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an IT developer role working with Salesforce
- Proven experience in configuring objects/fields and building automations
- Strong ability to work directly with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical designs
- Significant experience with formula fields, flows, and other automation tools within Salesforce

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Apex or custom scripting
- Background in large Salesforce environments
- Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Experience building in Sandbox and deploying changes to production environments
- Experience with large data sets and project leadership
