What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage and optimize Salesforce Non-Profit Cloud and Health Cloud to support business needs
- Collaborate with the Integration Developer to ensure seamless data integration across platforms
- Provide technical support and training to end-users for effective Salesforce utilization
- Oversee data quality and security within Salesforce, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
- Lead multiple Salesforce-related projects, aligning solutions with organizational goals

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience managing Salesforce Non-Profit Cloud or CRM environments
- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce Platform App Builder
- Experience with data integration and working knowledge of APIs (REST/SOAP)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- AWS-certified experience
- Familiarity with healthcare and non-profit environments
- Experience with data visualization platforms such as Tableau or SF Einstein Analytics
