      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Collaborate with Salesforce Solution Architects and Business Analysts to translate business needs into technical solutions
      - Lead Salesforce solution design, including data models, workflows, and custom code
      - Provide technical leadership to Salesforce developers, ensuring adherence to best practices
      - Mentor developers, promote knowledge sharing, and conduct code reviews
      - Engage in project planning, defining scope, timelines, and resources

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum 8+ years of experience in Salesforce development with PD1 and PD2 certifications
      - Hands-on experience in Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud
      - Proficiency in Visual Force Pages, Apex Classes, SQL, Triggers, Lightning, and LWC
      - Experience with third-party integrations and data migration using various tools
      - Familiarity with deployment processes via Workbench, Git, Jenkins, Gearset, and Change sets

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with Salesforce administration and Flow Management
      - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively
      - Previous experience leading development teams or projects
