What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Strategically plan and optimize the assigned Salesforce portfolio of products and services
- Design, implement, and deploy Salesforce solutions to address complex business challenges
- Manage and maintain systems, technologies, and services within the Salesforce portfolio
- Ensure compliance with regulations and organizational policies while maintaining accurate data
- Lead disaster recovery planning and business continuity risk mitigation efforts

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in computer science or a closely related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an IT developer role focused on Salesforce
- Proven experience in configuring objects/fields and building automations
- Strong ability to collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical designs
- Significant experience with formula fields, flows, and other automation processes

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Apex programming or custom scripting
- Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Background in managing large data sets and project leadership
- Proficiency in building in Sandbox environments and deploying changes to production
- Knowledge of installing and configuring applications from the App Exchange
