What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee and manage Salesforce projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders and project teams throughout the project lifecycle
- Ensure adherence to best practices and standards in project management methodologies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager, specifically in Salesforce projects
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform and its capabilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- U.S. Citizenship is required for this position
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Agile project management methodologies
- Salesforce certifications or relevant technical qualifications
- Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools
- Prior experience in a remote work environment
