What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with the product design team to define testing parameters
- Develop test plans, test cases, and bug reports, and document final QA reports
- Manage test data architecture in coordination with the Tech Lead
- Conduct various types of testing, including data validation, functional, and performance testing
- Implement and maintain automated testing tools and infrastructure

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be a U.S. Citizen eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance
- Bachelor’s Degree required; equivalency offered
- Minimum 5 years of experience in software/IT/cloud consulting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong interpersonal skills
- Experience with documenting the as-is state of the environment and performing gap analysis

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Certifications such as CAST, ISTQB, CMST, or DHS Trusted Tester Certification
- DevSecOps experience in an Agile environment
- Familiarity with performance and load testing
- Experience utilizing Docker containers and platforms like Kubernetes
- Knowledge of test automation tools such as Selenium and Postman
