What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with the product design team to define testing parameters
- Develop test plans, create test cases, and prepare bug reports and final QA reports
- Troubleshoot errors and enhance testing procedures while managing test data architecture
- Conduct various types of testing, including data validation, functional, and performance testing
- Document the current state of the environment and perform gap analyses to recommend improvements

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be able to maintain a U.S. Government security clearance
- Bachelor's Degree required; equivalency offered
- Minimum of 5 years of related experience in software/IT/cloud consulting
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience documenting the current state of the environment and conducting gap analyses

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Certifications such as CAST, ISTQB, CMST, or DHS Trusted Tester Certification
- DevSecOps experience with active development in an Agile environment
- Familiarity with performance and load testing
- Experience with Docker containers and platforms like Kubernetes
- Skills in test automation using tools such as Selenium, Appium, or Postman
