What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide excellent selling experiences for DIY customer visits and phone calls
- Achieve personal sales goals and assist the store in meeting its sales objectives
- Deliver DIY services, including battery installation and wiper installs
- Maintain store product and operational standards
- Responsible for inventory processes, including truck put away and cycle counts

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must have 2-3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment
- Basic driving and navigation ability
- Ability to communicate effectively in English; Spanish is a plus
- Must have a valid driver's license and be fleet safety certified
- Ability to work an assortment of days, evenings, and weekends as needed

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Automotive parts experience is preferred
- Familiarity with delivery board systems and inventory systems
- Strong relationship-building skills with customers and peers
- Experience in a customer-facing role with superior service delivery
- Knowledge of safety rules and operating maintenance instructions
